Equal Opportunity Cell

An Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) of our college is a cell which works towards ensuring equal opportunities for all the students, faculties, regardless of their gender, religion, caste or other economic or social backgrounds. The main objective of cell is to encourage and shield the diversity along with the inclusion in the institution or organization also to prevent discrimination against any group or faculty or students. Equal Opportunity Cells may conduct various activities and initiatives such as awareness and training programs for students, organizing various workshops and seminars to prepare the members of the college towards issues related to discrimination and inequality as well as unfairness or harassment.

Objectives:

1.To recognize the importance of promoting diversity and inclusivity on our campus, and are committed to implementing policies and practices that ensure all students have access to the resources and support they need to succeed irrespective of faculty / students.

2. To promote equity and inclusivity by taking efforts to raise cognizance and foster understanding among the stakeholders.

3. To create an enabling environment for all members, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

4. To ensure that, all the policies and guidelines are to be implemented time to time given by UGC and Ministry of Higher Education.
